Too often we live our lives too fast, and we don't slow down to observe the experiences of the day.
We remain addicted to moving fast.
We are too engrossed on the tasks of the day.
We keep living the same day over and over again.
We've become accustomed to being busy all the time.
We may have moments of relaxation and free time, but they are fleeting.
The times where we explore and enjoy the world around us are rare.
So I tell you this: explore yourself.
Not just yourself, either, but.......
.....all the things you do in life.
Record your observations.
Memorize the events of the day well.
See what you have learned from this moment.
In other words...
...Be Your Own Scribe.

In modern speak, make your own record, journal, diary, etc. Note the important things that occurred in your life, and mull over them later. Write whatever you want. It's very refreshing to write your thoughts and experiences down, believe me.

Sometimes the easiest way to make sense of something is to see it front of you in a concrete manner. I think people would relieve a lot more of life's stress by simply writing out what they are feeling. I know I do.
